We’ve broken down these questions and more in the content below.
What you’ll need to make a rustic crate coffee table:
- Four crates – apple crates are recommended
- Sanding sponge
- Stain or paint
- Paint brush or sponge
- Four metal or unfinished wooden bun feet
- Square wooden plank (after temporarily placing four crates and measuring center area. See below)
- Wood glue
- 1″ wood screws
- Drill & drill bits
Visit your local crafts store or farm with excess crates. Pick up 4 matching crates. Keep in mind, the better condition the crates are in, the less work you’ll have to do.
